1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related by99 policies:

• "Platform" means the by99 website accessible at by99.bio and all associated services, tools, games, features and interfaces provided therein.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered a by99 account or who is using the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the by99 Platform, including the associated PKR wallet balance.
• "Real Money" means Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or any other accepted currency deposited into a by99 Account for the purpose of wagering or gaming.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by by99 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked across eligible games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn from a by99 Account.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process by99 conducts to confirm a Player's identity, age and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the set of compliance obligations by99 is required to uphold under its operating licence, including transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reporting.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction requested by a Player that prevents them from accessing the by99 Platform for a defined or indefinite period.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the by99 Platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a casino game, or contacting by99 customer support — you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• You have also read and agree to the by99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms, including the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• You are not accessing the by99 Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable national or local law.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and by99 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a by99 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. by99 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and services on the Platform. Age verification documents will be requested during KYC and must be provided before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity).
• You must be accessing the Platform from a location where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have a current self-exclusion in place with by99 or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information. Providing false information — including false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain one (1) Account only. Registration of duplicate, secondary or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

by99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the refusal. by99 may also require additional identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle and may suspend account access pending the provision and satisfactory verification of such documents.

4 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your by99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. by99 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.

• You must not share your by99 account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other individual to access or use your by99 account, including family members, friends or associates.
• You are fully responsible and liable for all activity, bets, deposits, withdrawals and any other actions undertaken from your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have reported a security breach to by99 in writing without undue delay.
• You must notify by99 immediately via live chat or by email to [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

by99 uses 256-bit TLS SSL encryption across all Platform traffic and stores passwords in hashed, non-reversible form. However, no digital security system is entirely impenetrable. by99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional protection, particularly if you use JazzCash or EasyPaisa for transactions.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

by99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, 1LINK, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency (converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit).

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your by99 PKR wallet immediately upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. by99 does not charge any fee on standard deposits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the by99 cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal above the stated minimum KYC threshold is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• Withdrawal processing times are: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — under 60 seconds for verified accounts; HBL, UBL and Meezan Bank transfers — within one business day; USDT TRC20 — same day processing.
• by99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal it deems necessary for AML compliance purposes. Processing of the relevant withdrawal will be paused pending receipt and verification of such documents.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the by99 cashier at the time of the withdrawal request.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

by99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL cricket betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the by99 Platform contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: by99 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings and suspend accounts where it reasonably suspects that a player is exploiting bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or any other strategy that by99 determines constitutes abuse of its promotional system.

by99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the by99 promotions page and live chat notification where reasonably practicable.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the by99 Platform. Specific rules for individual game titles and betting markets are available within each game's information panel or within the relevant sportsbook market description.

• All bets and game rounds are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, reversed or amended by the player after placement, except in circumstances where by99 determines that a manifest error has occurred.
• by99 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a manifest error has occurred — including but not limited to: incorrect odds displayed due to a technical fault, game malfunction, or human error — regardless of whether the error was in the player's favour or against it.
• All casino games on by99 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently audited for fairness. The Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage for each game title is disclosed within the game information panel.
• Cricket and PSL sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sporting body (Pakistan Cricket Board / ICC). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended or cancelled, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply as stated in the market description.
• by99 reserves the right to limit, restrict or refuse any bet at its sole discretion, including limiting the maximum stake amount on any given market, without being required to provide a reason.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the by99 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, KYC or any other by99 process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the by99 Platform in any way, including for the purposes of placing bets, exploiting bonuses, or gaining an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing or any form of cheating in live dealer games, poker or any other multiplayer product on the by99 Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches or game malfunctions for personal financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to by99 immediately via [email protected].
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other activity that violates applicable AML laws and regulations.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access or use your by99 account.
• Using the by99 Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

9 Responsible Gaming

by99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base in Pakistan. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income, addressing financial difficulties, or coping with emotional distress.

• You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the by99 Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, sell or create derivative works from any by99 content without the express prior written consent of by99.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to extract the source code of any by99 software or game.
• The by99 name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of the by99 brand in any commercial or promotional context is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the by99 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical failures, platform outages, internet connectivity issues, or interruptions to third-party payment processing services.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain reasonable security measures for your credentials.
• Any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any other financial loss not directly caused by by99's proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Decisions made by by99 in good faith to suspend, close or restrict an account for the purposes of AML compliance, responsible gaming, or breach of these Terms.

by99's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform and all services provided therein shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their by99 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date of the relevant claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes by99's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud arising from its own gross negligence or wilful misconduct, where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

by99 collects, stores and processes personal data provided by Players during registration, KYC, payment processing and ongoing use of the Platform. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the by99 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside them.

In summary, by99 uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• Verification of your identity, age and payment methods for KYC and AML compliance purposes.
• Processing of deposits, withdrawals and all related financial transactions.
• Providing personalised customer support in English and Urdu via live chat and email.

13 Amendments to These Terms

by99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes to these Terms will become effective immediately upon publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

by99 will use reasonable endeavours to notify Players of material changes to these Terms via the following channels where practically possible:

• A notification banner displayed prominently on the by99 homepage and Platform login page.
• A direct notification within the by99 Platform dashboard visible upon next login after the amendment date.
• A communication via the registered contact details associated with your account for changes that by99 deems to be significantly material to your rights or obligations under these Terms.

Your continued use of the by99 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the by99 Platform and may request closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance by contacting by99 support.

14 Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which by99's operating licence is issued. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the by99 Platform or any services provided therein shall be resolved in accordance with the following procedure:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit your complaint in writing to by99 via live chat or by email to [email protected]. by99 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and will use its best endeavours to resolve it within 14 business days of acknowledgement.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction within 14 business days of formal acknowledgement, you may request escalation to by99's senior compliance team for review. You will be notified of the outcome within a further 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Referral: If your complaint remains unresolved following internal escalation, you may refer the matter to the relevant gaming regulatory authority under by99's operating licence. You agree that you will not initiate any legal proceedings against by99 in connection with these Terms without first exhausting the internal complaints procedure set out above. by99 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with a breach or threatened breach of Sections 8 (Prohibited Conduct) and 10 (Intellectual Property) without first engaging the complaints procedure.
